Litter deposit (pick of a puppy from a future litter, or for a puppy under 6 weeks old)
Please understand that you must be screened and approved by me BEFORE you may place a deposit on a litter.
Puppy deposits are a minimum of $250 up to full price of the puppy. The $250 deposit is simply the notification deposit. If you do not make a deposit then you will not be notified when the litter is here. When the litter is born all depositors will be notified at the same time with pictures of the litter.
In the event that a pick puppy is not what someone wants Then the deposit will roll over to the next litter.
We reserve the first pick of both male and female of every litter we have. Please understand that 1st pick means 1st pick behind us.
The picks will be done as follows:
All people with deposits will be notified between 3 and 5 days after delivery with the number of males and females in the litter. We will send a group photo of all the males together to the male depositors and a group photo of all the females to the female depositors.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO WITH THIS LITTER YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN ADDITIONAL $500 TO GO TOWARDS THE DEPOSIT.
All people will be sent individual photos at 3 weeks old and 5 weeks old.
At 5 weeks old we will finalize the pricing on the puppies.
After they make their choice, the remaining pictures and weights will be sent to the second pick on the list and so on until all the deposits are done.
ONCE THE PUPPY IS CHOSEN, THE DEPOSITOR IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN ADDITIONAL $1000 DEPOSIT TOWARDS THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PUPPY.
ALL PICK UP PUPPIES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL BY TIME THEY ARE 8 WEEKS OLD. ALL FLY OUT PUPPIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY TIME THEY ARE 7 WEEKS OLD (THIS ALLOWS TIME TO SET VET APPTS AND FLIGHTS AND TO GET THE PUPPIES FLOWN OUT BY TIME THEY ARE 8 WEEKS OLD). IF A PICK UP PUPPY IS NOT PAID FOR IN FULL BY 8 WEEKS OLD OR A FLY OUT PUPPY IS NOT PAID FOR IN FULL BY 7 WEEKS OLD, THEN THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND THE PUPPY WILL BE PLACED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL DEPOSITORS MUST PICK UP THEIR PUPPIES BY 8 WEEKS OLD. IF THEY FAIL TO PICK UP THEIR PUP BY 8 WEEKS OLD THEN THEY FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSIT AND THEIR PUPPY WILL BE PLACED. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO FLY OUTS. FLY OUTS WILL GO IN ORDER.
Puppy deposit 6 weeks or older
The minimum deposit for a puppy older than 6 weeks old is $1000. This $1000 will hold your puppy until it is 8 weeks old. If the puppy can not be picked up by 8 weeks old than an additional deposit of $500 is required to hold the puppy for an additional week, or until it is 9 weeks old.
All deposits are Non Refundable/Non Transferable and the reason behind this is because these puppies are already alive and you are able to see them.
